WIA Questions and Answers

The Workforce Services Division (WSD) will send an e-mail reply to customers within five working days of receipt of the original question. Customers who do not have an e-mail address will be contacted by telephone. In addition, the WSD will post questions and answers (Q&As) by category on a monthly basis.
