Unemployment services available on Saturdays

The Unemployment Call Centers are now open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The full range of services will not be available on Saturdays, however, EDD staff will be available to file UI claims or assist customers in submitting questions online for response. Claims will be filed and issues resolved within five days. Customers will be contacted if additional information is needed.
